			This project will produce a mechanism to detect the occurrence of monopolies and the probability of the cronyism in the Government’s procurement process.
			The Big Data Analytics solution will merge awarded suppliers data, list of product and services data offered by suppliers and company details. By merging and analyzing these data it shall trigger a flag if there is an existence of the cartel and suggest to the procurement committee to avoid the respective company/tenderer.
			The tracking mechanism will look into the company name, number of times it has been awarded and Politically Exposed Person (PEP). This will show  a pattern and trend based on the list of the PEP and company that won the tenders and quotations. The pattern and trend then will generate a flag and prediction of risk of the company.
